Milica Maksimovic-Shishalica is a Hair Designer from Belgrade, Serbia. She attained her knowledge by working in famous Belgrade hair salons. She looking at her profession as a form of artistic expression and not some collection of already seen stereotypes of outdated creations. She always tries to be unique in her creations but at the same time follows the leading world trends and the work of world renowned hairdressers.

Since 2007 established as a Hair Designer, she worked on many photo shootings, fashion shows and performance concerts, where she was a Hair Designer of the models, performers and band members.

Over the years, she has worked on many projects and won many awards:

2008 attended the fashion show: “Fashion Revolution”
2008 attended the fashion show: “Marie Margoth - dark fashion”

2009 won second place in a hairstyles exhibition

2010 she became the first person from Serbia to have her work published in the prestigious hairstyles magazine PELUQUERIAS.
She cooperated with Purple Rose aka ASSASSINATION Shop and together with Marijana Gligic (CUT team)created set of promotional photographs for Purple Rose’s Shop.
The same year Milica demonstrated her work live on stage together with her team. The session was recorded and the DVD was distibuted with an issue of the Serbian version of “Hairstyles” magazine.
Milica and Marijana(CUT team)did a photo shoot titled “Mary in Zombieland”. The shoot required a model with pink dyed hair and a photo set with a peculiar theme which they created by hand. The photos were published in the magazine “Hairstyles” and online in many marketing agencies. The photos were also sent to a competition in the USA which will be held by the end of this year.

2011 (november) she won the photo contest organized by Bangstyle web magazine from USA.
2011 Milica and Marijana(CUT team) received a sponsorship deal from the American brand MANIC PANIC NYC.
2011 (december) Shishalica`s "Cotton Pink Collection" was published by a prestigious magazine from UK Head1st.

Between 2010-2012 her hairdesigns have been published by printed and online magazines, all over the world.

In 2012 (january) she puts together a new team of associates, each experienced and unique in their field: Sever Zolak - photography, Katarina Vukovic - fashion designer, Zeljka Jankovic - Make Up artist, Cecilija Vurdelja Drobac - Make Up artist.

Her motto is : Cutting hair is at your own risk, Hair Design is my profession!
